Vaudreuil-Dorion, July 2, 2026 – Construction has officially begun on Le Bohar, a residential project led by Groupe Maxera, Triad and Corporation IC3, in the Harwood district of Vaudreuil-Dorion. Developed in two phases, the rental unit project will feature 275 units across two towers to be built on Harwood Boulevard, at the corner of Chicoine and Bellemare streets. Designed to strike a balance between comfort, accessibility and quality of life, Le Bohar will add to the growing housing options in a fast-developing area.
On July 2nd, the partners of the consortium behind the project — the Migliara, Lobasso and Santoriello families, along with Mr. Franco Puccio and Mr. Jean Gauthier — marked this important milestone at the official groundbreaking ceremony.
The event was attended by Mr. François Séguin of Vaudreuil-Dorion, Mr. Luc Marsan, city councillor, and Mr. Ramy Khoriaty, chief of staff to Mr. Peter Schiefke, MP for Vaudreuil, who represented him for the occasion.
The first phase, currently under construction, is set to deliver its first units in summer 2027. The rental office will open its doors in October, allowing future residents to explore the different unit models and the many common areas that set Le Bohar apart.
Le Bohar will bring to life a collection of contemporary rental units designed for those who want tranquility, comfort and modern living, all in one place. Inspired by a natural, soothing lifestyle, the project will offer bright spaces, thoughtful architecture and carefully considered layouts to create a warm living environment where life just feels good.
To meet a range of needs and lifestyles, Le Bohar will offer a variety of units, including studios, 3½, 4½ and 5½.The project also reflects a strong social commitment, with a number of affordable housing units included in the complex.
Le Bohar is located in the Harwood sector, a vibrant and easily accessible neighbourhood. With the Dorion train station, major roadways, shops, schools, green spaces and the future Vaudreuil-Dorion hospital all nearby, the project offers convenient access to transportation, essential services and an exceptional quality of life.
Beyond the individual units, the complex offers a full residential experience with spaces designed for socializing, recreation and everyday living. Residents will have access to an urban chalet, an event room, coworking spaces, a fitness centre, a yoga studio and a golf simulator, as well as an inner courtyard featuring a pool, a pickleball court, a playground and a dog park.
Bohar reflects our vision for real estate development: spaces where architecture, comfort and functionality come together naturally. Every unit has been thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, offering bright, open and welcoming spaces that support residents’ everyday well-being. This same philosophy extends to the common areas, which are designed to encourage social interaction, recreation and a sense of belonging. For us, quality of life extends beyond the home itself to the shared spaces that surround it.

Our government is committed to increasing the housing supply so that more Canadians can find an affordable place to call home. With $86 million in federal support through CMHC’s Apartment Construction Loan Program, 275 new homes, including several affordable units, will be built in the Harwood sector. I commend the consortium for its commitment to creating a high-quality living environment, and I am pleased to see Vaudreuil-Dorion continue to grow sustainably and inclusively, benefiting the entire community
